Morning Love Notes

Morning love notes are a great way to start the day with the one you love. You may have to get up early for a meeting or to catch a flight, you don’t get to say goodbye, so you leave a special note to say ‘I love you’. This brightens up your partner’s day and really shows how much you care. It’s always nice to know someone’s thinking about you, so why not show them you’re thinking about them too. The very nature of them is that they are a small token that you love someone, so you can do them more often and they go a long way to making someone very happy and creating a happy, loving marriage.

Morning love messages can come in many different forms. Pen and paper has long since been replaced with text and email, instant messages and social media messages. Let’s look at some ways you can express your love with a morning love note. It may sound a little less romantic than a written note, but text message is a common way to do this. It’s quick, it’s simple and you can send it from anywhere in the world. This is the same for social media messages, instant messages and email. If you do happen to be lucky enough to be at home when leaving your morning love note, try one of these ideas. After you shower, and the bathroom’s all steamed up, why not write ‘I Love You’ on the mirror? Writing a little note and leaving it on the pillow will ensure they wake up happy and ready to start the day. Why not leave a pot of coffee, and attach your note to that? Or leave it somewhere your partner will definitely be before they leave the house? In their wardrobe or underwear drawer or even a cereal box or in the fridge, the ideas are endless.

What you write in your love note can really vary. You can be really creative here, even including drawings if you think it will add to it. You can just write a simple ‘I love you’ or something a little deeper such as ‘I went to sleep last night with a smile because I knew I’d be dreaming of you … but I woke up this morning with a smile because you weren’t a dream.’ The key to success here is suiting it to your own personality. Write from the heart and tailor it to your own feelings, and to that of your partner. Morning love notes don’t have to just express love, they can explain your feelings at the time and why. For example, ‘I’m so excited because I can’t wait to go for lunch with you today’. I like this because it leaves your partner with a happy thought of something to look forward to throughout the day, and it’s not too soppy.

If you really wanted to go all out to impress your partner, why not use some kind of courier service to deliver your morning love note? For example, a bunch of flowers delivered by a florist early in the morning, catching your lover totally by surprise and making your love note a grand gesture? Morning love notes are a great way to express your feelings and put a smile on the face of your other half, so why not give it ago, you’ll be happy with the results.
